Refund Policy
You may cancel your membership to TheLiveTradeRoom at any time BEFORE entering a LiveTradeRoom, however, once you become a paid member and enter TheLiveTradeRoom you will be instantly and directly benefiting from the intellectual property and trading methodologies established by TheLiveTradeRoom. You will also gain knowledge about Trade Selections, Trade Executions, Risk Management, Trade Management and Trading Psychological. This applies to all products and services, such as (but not limited to) course materials, live broadcasts, on-demand recordings and other educational products and services.
Due to the immediacy and quality of the benefits that traders receive, TheLiveTradeRoom does not give refunds if you have accessed our proprietary content. These same rules apply to all courses and webinars that are offered. You are allowed to cancel your recurring payments in advance of the webinar ONLY; however, once the course begins there are NO REFUNDS, even if you are unable to attend for any reason. We are able to send you the recording of any relevant live educational broadcasts upon request.
Appeals Policy
This policy details the appeals process and sets out the procedure that can be used by our students to challenge a decision made in relation to the outcome of a monitoring process (such as, but not limited to, reasonable adjustments or special considerations, assessment results or the outcome of a malpractice or maladministration investigation).
Complaints Policy
This policy outlines the formal complaints procedure and is intended to ensure that all complaints are handled fairly, consistently, and wherever possible resolved to the complainant's satisfaction.

Our organisation ensures the standards and integrity of the CPD activities provided are maintained and monitored continuously. This policy sets out the process and the frequency of resource review and provides clients with confidence that every effort is made to ensure value for money.

This policy outlines TheLiveTradeRoom’s processes and procedures to ensure clients with disabilities, physical or mental health conditions aren't substantially disadvantaged during training or assessment when working towards CPD certification.

Evaluation Form
Evaluation of our training activities is a process that enables us to collect information which can be used to improve our training. The evaluation process provides first-hand feedback to help us identify whether our training has achieved our intended outcomes and helps us make informed decisions about future training sessions.
Reflective Practice Form
The process of Reflective Practice for learners is very important to us. It allows our students to recognise their own strengths and weaknesses. We can then use this completed document to guide ongoing learning. Reflection can support learners to develop their skills in self-directed learning and help improve motivation which is very important to us.
