Tim began learning how to trade the financial markets back in 2008. He, like many others made every mistake possible in the first 2 years of his trading career. Having spent over £11,000 during this time on poor quality education and mentorship, only in hindsight, he felt upset and very frustrated with this experience. Crucially, he did not give up and worked hard to grasp a basic understanding of how these markets operated both from a fundamental, sentiment and technical perspective.

This, coupled with a little guidance from a very successful trader, enabled Tim to become a consistently profitable trader since 2011. Formerly from a teaching background, Tim is putting together his two passions to make sure other traders don’t make the same mistakes he made but also ensuring that this company is built on principles of Integrity and Transparency, something unfortunately this industry is badly lacking.

Since 2004, James has developed a wealth of Retail and Institutional trading experience. Whilst completing a degree in Business Finance & Investment, he spent a great deal of his time as an eager retail trader scalping the markets on his antiquated laptop secured by a student loan. Time spent in the United States further sparked his ambitions and upon finishing university, he delved straight into the Prop Trading world, securing a competitive Futures Trader position at a top Dublin Trading Institution.

He learned how to trade the ruthless way in a time when the markets were intensely volatile. Taking a step back after years in the 70-hour work week roll, James moved into trading consultancy, working with individual retail traders and high net wealth individuals to manage risk, provide portfolio diversification and trade reviews.

James is incredibly knowledgeable about Retail and Institutional trading. There is nothing he doesn’t know about this industry and his enthusiasm for trading is very infectious.

Taso is our Head Strategist with over 26 years of Institutional and Retail research and trading experience under his belt. He has worked as a Futures Trader and Foreign Exchange Strategist for the likes of UBS, MMS International and Diamond Sphere Trading.
